The software can be set up to send the runners with notes via email at a predetermined time of the day. You can add your own email and get informed of runners as and when they are found.

Simply create a new group by filling in some details and save, screen shot below.

Once this has been done all that is needed is for the software to be running, you can still do other things at the same time. As long as the group is enabled it will continue to send the emails. Example of enabled group shown in screen shot below.
